Bob Hindel

Director/ Composer

Bob Hindel is a Twin Cities' composer, playwright and performer. Born in New York, having lived in
Germany, Connecticut and Ohio, Bob has made his permanent home in St. Paul Minnesota. Over the past
30 years, Bob has accompanied ballet classes, directed church music, written for musical theater,
orchestra, opera and various vocal/instrumental ensembles. He has organized benefit concerts throughout
the Twin Cities for immigrants from Latin America, for the Rohingya people of Burma, for Venezuela and
many other international causes. Most recently, Bob has entered the realm of musical film, in writing,
directing and producing Go Down, Moses about Harriet Tubman. Bob is also a teacher, who believes that
music woven into the fabric of society accomplishes the greatest good.

Jada Stumon

Lead Actress

A passionate performer and educator, Jada Monè began her journey singing and praise dancing in church; by age 4 she was taking dance classes. At age 8 she began honing in her skills at Lundstrum Performing Arts, where she nurtured her love for singing, dancing, and acting. From starring as Annie in Annie Jr. to performing in Ain’t Misbehavin’ at Hampton University, her path has been shaped by creativity, discipline, and a deep love for storytelling. After earning roles in numerous local and collegiate productions, she now continues to inspire others as a professional performer, early childhood educator, doula, and teacher at Lundstrum, sharing the joy of the performing arts with the next generation.

Emilia Godinez

Publicist

Emilia Godinez is a Twin Cities' singer, who has performed in concerts and churches throughout the
area. Her background is Mexican-American, being completely bilingual and bicultural, and she comes
naturally to the rich music of Latin America. Additionally, in her work as a psychotherapist, she serves
the Latino immigrant community as well as native-born Americans.
She has narrated many of the works of Bob Hindel, including The King of Love, Season of Joy, and
numerous benefit concerts throughout the Twin Cities. Born in Indiana, Emilia has made St. Paul her
native home for the past 30 years. She has a great heart for the ministries of the Church, and reaches out
to those coming into the faith. In Go Down, Moses, Emilia makes her debut as an actress. She also
directs publicity for the film.

Bill O'Brien

Actor, Singer, Board Member

Bill O’Brien is a dedicated singer, seasoned actor, and valued board member of Harriet Tubman Soul of America. With a rich vocal range spanning baritone to first tenor, Bill has performed with renowned choirs and choral societies for over four decades. He has brought his passion for music and storytelling to life as both a soloist and an actor, most recently portraying Abraham Lincoln in Go Down Moses, a musical about Harriet Tubman’s life. Beyond the stage and screen, Bill continues to lend his voice and leadership to numerous choirs and musical productions, making him an integral part of this project’s mission to inspire and educate through music and history.

Videographer

Juan Villa is a skilled videographer and editor with over 14 years of experience bringing stories to life on screen. Specializing in documentaries, music videos, weddings, and narrative films, Juan is known for his sharp editorial eye, intuitive sense of rhythm, and adaptability to a wide range of storytelling styles. His passion for visual storytelling shines through in every project, creating emotionally resonant and impactful films that captivate audiences and elevate the vision of Harriet Tubman Soul of America.
